The fit out of the Salam Department Store at the Wafi City entails the fit out of a 10,000 Sq Meter department store in an existing facility, requiring interface with new and existing installations.

The entire piping system of the hotel had corroded in less than 10 years of operation causing damage to the finishes and loss of revenue due to rooms not being available. Working for a design build contractor a turnkey solution was offered to the owner, resulting in the replacement of all the hot and cold water piping in this 172 room hotel
