The
development of offices for the Food Processing & Logistic
Centre consists of offices and allied services spanning
over 2,000 Sq. Meters of built up area.
The Client’s design brief requires this development
to be environmentally responsible addressing sustainability
in general and specifically directed at achieving a Green
Building rating such as LEED-CS for its Core & Shell
(CS) building. Based on the design brief, the Architects
and the Engineers have made the Schematic Design adopting
sustainable strategies.
A LEED-CS Workshop will be conducted by Green Technologies
with Client representation and project team, providing
them information on LEED-CS and LEED-CS as a design tool
to achieve the objectives and this will be followed by
the LEED process related to Design, Tendering, Execution
and Handover stages of the project.
The development of the office building will strive to
achieve highest possible LEED-CS rating from USGBC. |
