BAFCO, one of the largest office furniture suppliers in the UAE, is in the process of developing their new manufacturing facility in Dubai Industrial City, UAE. The new facility comprises a factory, warehouse, showroom, retail and officespaces, and spans an area of 22,772.615 square feet. BAFCO Trading LLC, the Owners of the Project have appointed Green Technologies as the Project’s LEED Consultant, and wish to pursue a LEED Platinum Rating under the USGBC’s LEED for Commercial Interiors Version 2009 Rating System.

The Project is currently in its early construction stage. In pursuing the desired rating, the project team is committed to incorporating the following Sustainable strategies in the project;
