Green Technologies provides LEED and Sustainability

The Green Technologies Team has worked in the Middle
Eastern region for many decades and adopts some of the
most efficient and sustainable approaches to solving
today’s complex M & E challenges.
As a Founding Member of the Emirates Green Building
Council (EmiratesGBC), an active Member of the United
States Green Building Council (USGBC) and as a
Representative of the World Green Building Council
(WGBC), Green Technologies is actively involved in
advocating Green Building and Sustainable Development in
and outside the Middle Eastern region. The Principal of Green Technologies
is also involved in numerous capacity building initiatives that
aim at sensitizing and educating personnel from various
backgrounds on Green Building and Sustainability Development.
Green Technologies adopts a Best Practice environmental approach to today’s construction needs. Having been instrumental in developing the LEED™ Rating System and further having been part of the LEED™ Version 1 Pilot Programme, Green Technologies has gained the right expertise to develop Green Buildings. Green Technologies FZCO has the backing of Green Technologies Inc., Canada, and its other Alliance Partners, to provide the latest and up to date environmental solutions for buildings. Central Chilled Water Systems result in reducing the Cost of Air Conditioning by almost thirty per cent. Green Technologies has seen this to be one of the most pertinent Green Strategies and has been advocating this in the region for many years.
