Council (EmiratesGBC), an active Member of the United
States Green Building Council (USGBC) and as a
Representative of the World Green Building Council

and outside the Middle Eastern region. The Principal of Green Technologies
is also involved in numerous capacity building initiatives that
aim at sensitizing and educating personnel from various
backgrounds on Green Building and Sustainability Development.

Having been instrumental in developing the LEED™ Rating System and further having been part of the LEED™ Version 1 Pilot Programme, Green Technologies has gained the right expertise to develop Green Buildings. Central Chilled Water Systems result in reducing the Cost of Air Conditioning by almost thirty per cent. Green Technologies has seen this to be one of the most pertinent Green Strategies and has been advocating this in the region for many years.
